Getting Caught Up

It’s been a little while since I’ve checked in.  I wish I could say that I’ve been busy doing something fun and exciting, but alas … I’ve still been dealing with the “puniness” I mentioned a couple of weeks ago.  I’ve had some bloodwork and a procedure that have ruled out any lower digestive problems, we still haven't achieved a resolution to my "puniness" ... so we’re working on the next step toward resolution.  I’m bound and determined to get back to feeling better.  Winking smile

Unfortunately I haven’t done as much quilting as I’d like in the last few days because I was too busy “prepping” for my procedure.  Hopefully now that it’s behind me, I’ll feel like spending some more time with my needle and thread.  And if I’m not up for hand quilting, I’ve got a quilt top or four that I can be working on.  Winking smile

Here’s where I left off on my Labor Day Stars … I’m on block #16.  IMG_4230

My hubby picked up some OTC meds for me this afternoon, and this is what I saw when I opened the package.  IMG_4231There’s enough room in here for TWO bottles.  Surprised smile

I hope that whatever you have planned for today includes a little something that brings you joy ... have a great day!
Kathy

  4. Glad for the update. I've been lifting you in prayer and wondering how it was going. At least you've ruled out anything serious which is always a good feeling. Now you just need to shake off whatever it is and get back to your old self! I love love love that quilt. Continue to rest as best you can and take care! HUGS

  6. I'm glad you got the procedure out of the way and that glad that part was ok - hope all will be well with you soon and figure out why you are not feeling well. I hate all the over packaging of meds and other things.

  11. Your quilting is looking wonderful despite not feeling well. I hope they can figure out something for you soon. I don't understand a lot of packaging that goes on--weird! Take care.

  12. Isn't that packaging silly--maybe it is to make it too bulky to shoplift easily. Who knows?
Sorry you are not feeling great. Are they going to check upper digestive issues with an endoscopy? I'll keep you in my prayers!

You're right, there is room in that box for two bottles of medication! Was that by design or error?
